"I bought the pair of $15 dollar shoes, and then it sent me an email after buying the shoes, that I needed to pay 30 dollars a month OR buy a pair of shoes every month. If I had known before I bought the shoes that I would be put into a monthly subscription, then I would have never bought them."

"I placed and order and it got cancelled. I called to see why. My new address did not match with my credit card address. Ok sounds like and easy fix. NOPE! Claimed it would take 48 hours to fix. It did not, nothing happened. I called back (which is not a direct call when you want to talk to someone. Got hung up with twice. So on my third call I spoke with someone. They said the same thing, it will take 48 hours to fix. I then have to call back to see if it worked. Which I am not eager to do obviously. I made a new order because 80% of the things I ordered are not available anymore. That order did not go through either. All of this because I moved and one address didn't match up???? This sounds like a simple thing to fix. It has been 13 days since my original order. I will be cancelling once I finally get my order placed and my shipment gets to me. "

"Here is the deal, they take $45 out of your account every month unless you skip. So you have $45 to buy ONE THING. Even if that thing doesn’t cost $45. Plus you pay for shipping. Cute shoes, but hardly worth the quality given. I don’t like being told how to spend my money and I definitely do not like spending money on things that are not ideal quality.

"Hate this website and all their products. After disputing charges I was told I couldn’t get my money back because they were already converted to “credits”. I ended up giving the credits away because I didn’t want money to go to waste. If you like fast fashion for cheap with hidden charges you’ll love this."
