"I have several pairs of shoes from JustFab because they are typically affordable and suit my taste. However, the product is...well...you get what you pay for sometimes. I ordered a pair of combat style boots and one of the speed hooks fell out on my second wear.
Also, they work as a subscription service similar to Fabletics, so if you do not remember to skip your month, you will be charged $40-$50 for "Member Credits." These member credits cannot be used to purchase sale items, which is my main gripe about the whole system. Also, you have spend more than $40-$50 to use your member credit. It isn't like store credit.
I will say that the free returns are nice and make returns/exchanges fairly simple. They also have several styles in wide widths, which for me is a plus."

"I've never had any issue shopping with JustFab. I love the fact they have free return shipping, so if you have something that doesn't fit you can either do an online exchange or return without worrying you're going to have to pay to send it back. Very quick, super easy and the prices are awesome!"

"I started using JustFab when I fractured my foot and was bedridden and from the beginning the experience was EXCELLLENT!! I started with shoes and 3 months after ordering I tried them all on and they all FIT!! I kept ordering. "I bought a few clearance items and placed my purchase...it showed that my credit was to be deducted..however I received an email immediately following that stating i owed $90 when I shouldve left $3 credit over..i was furious! I called customer service who informed me that in order to get to use my credit i must use a minimum of 39.95 or it defaulted to my method of payment. Oh not to mention if i did spend my $39.95 credit i woukd also spend almost $15 in shipping!! Such a scam!! Now i owe money for what i didnt even authorize!! Justfab is a joke!! I will be terminating my membership immediately!!! "
