"There is a lack of ease in dealing with the site. Originally when I joined the VIP program monies would carry over to the next month but not anymore. "Quite honestly i think its pretty silly that i am unable to use a VIP Promotion with credits that I earned by spending money in conjuction with a "member credit" which is basically my monthly subscription of $40 of my money. I'm sorry but where is the deal? I was forced to just use my monthly subscription credit and forgo the promotion of a 20% off 1 item promotion that i purchased with my VIP points. So instead of buying more than 1 item i just bought 1 thing and closed my account. "
