"I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my membership & each time I’m told that it is & then come to find out it isn’t & get charged the $39.95 & once I’ve noticed it I reach out yet again in regards to the fact it hadn’t been canceled & not only NOT canceled but out of the $39.95 I was charged only have a $15 credit sitting on my account!!! So I go through the process of ordering yet AGAIN & then state I want my account CLOSED! Last pair of shoes I ordered took a MONTH to get here & as I am typing this I yet again was told my account has been canceled & it wasn’t so yet again I find myself having to order again & again with only a $15 which STILL didn’t get applied to my purchase no matter how many times I tried because as soon as I put my credit it took away any of the sale price on the shoes, so you want me to shop yet are going to penalize me for using a credit & not even a credit for what you charged me for??? So now I’m going to have to go back through this again & being talked to like I have no brains....I use to love shopping & working with this company but after more than 5 tries in trying to cancel I am over the runaround!!!!"

"Girl Friend saw a pair of boots a friend had. So I tried to order them. That particular pair of boots is not available any longer. So We selected 3 other items. Shipping was promised to Us on Feb 14th. Today is Feb 13, and our order has not even been picked up in California. So there is NO WAY We will get it tomorrow. Then one more thing. Some how a subscription to People Magazine (In Spanish) was included. Neither of Us speak Spanish, So what the heck was that? Did we get ripped off, or will We actually get the boots?"
