"I’ve been a member of justfab for many years. Recently I’ve seen changes like shoes that come and do not fit me ALTHOUGH I’ve never had this issue with the site before. In addition the website design update is so much more complicated then before and I’m starting to think it’s because shoedazzle and justfab has become 1 company. "Mediocre quality products and recurring charges every month for credits that you can rarely use during sales. If you do remember to skip the month before the fifth, you aren't charged for a credit that month but you can't cancel easily online. I have gotten some things I like and some that belong on WISH. Ultimately, nothing you can find here will be a nice enough quality or unique enough or low cost enough to warrant committing to a monthly recurring charge of $39.95. Sure, sign up and get your introductory offer. Get yourself a cute purse or blouse or pair of shoes for what feels like a steal. Then cancel immediately. This is fast fashion at best and everything you can purchase here is disposable, not quality. You can set aside $39.95/month for yourself and get something that is 1000x better quality and not be obligated to spend your money on things you feel so-so about. Also, while shipping time and cost was reasonable, I have had issues with the packaging of some products that were delivered damaged, some that smell strange when taken out of the package, and some that smell FOREVER. The most disturbing is a sweater that still smells like acetone after multiple washes. I would never recommend this site to anyone I didn't have a personal vendetta against. I deserve better. You deserve better. Just buy the things you really want with your $40 and skip being obligated to spend it here."

"Shoes are okay. I regret signing up for the VIP. Continuously getting charged because I can’t get ahold of someone to cancel it. On top of that, they stopped sending out emails that would remind you you could skip the month. Might work for some people, but I have so many credits that I just don’t use. Even using the credits don’t cover a full pair of shoes just FYI"

"It's early Feb and my order hasn't had any shipping movement, yet customer service tells me shipping times are long "because of the holidays." It's not the holidays. They use lasership, which is a terrible service, and customers pay the price. I ordered a coat 3 weeks ago for my wedding this week and it won't arrive in time, and to Justfab that's normal. Hoping to get my money back. Will be cancelling subscription."
