"I called bc my birthday 30% off wasn’t coming off. Which was annoying but in the past I have called the customer service to help with glitches before. I did have some sale item in my bag and she stated that was the reason why it wasn’t working. I then asked if she could just take my 30% off the nonsale items in my can’t and she asked a manager and they said no but they could separate the order and then use it. I said okay great let’s do that but I am trying to get the express shipping please and need it on both (which on the cite said ARRIVE by 2/25). We square away the first order and I thank her. She sets up the next order and says it still isn’t working so she ask her manager and they THEN ONLY TAKE IT OFF ONE ITEM. At this point I’m annoyed but then after quoting me express shipping at 5.95 she then says it’s 14.95. When all was said and done I didn’t even save on my 30% bc they only took it off one item AND I had to pay the price of express shipping twice. This could have been solved on the first order and have been cheaper. Now it doesn’t look like I am getting my stuff when the website said it would arrive on the express shipping. So I paid extra for no reason and got jerked around for 40 minutes with someone whose manager was being a ****.
I understand it shouldn’t be the person who answered the phones fault, but what is wrong with the chain of communication that this happens. The only good thing I can say was the woman who answered the phone was polite, but the experience and end result was dumb and disappointing. "
"I previously made a review but thought it was for a previous order. The boots I received for that order took a long time to come but were great. This order took a long time, more than a week over the suggested date. The shoes do not fit at all, much different sizing than the boots I purchased. The necklace is broken and the rest of the jewelry dissapointing in quality. "
