"I was having a hard time with the site allowing me to use my credit so I called in. The woman charged my bank account 5 times for the sweater, while trying to fix it. But then, when I said I had been charged 5 times during our call, she "put ne on hold" and hung up on me. I have been with Just Fab for over 10 years. This is very upsetting. "

"Beware of being offered one price and when the consumer gets to the checkout the price is different. Just Fab automatically charges my card if I don't reply that I will skip making a purchase that month. No problem, I understand that, besides I have money to shop later, so I thought. I was sent a notification of discounted items after I missed telling them to skip charging my card. No problem since they have already charged my card without me making a purchase for the last two months. I already have money to shop. When I reached the checkout they would not allow me to use the funds that were already charged on my card. I was told I had to make a new charge to get the sale price. I could not apply the money that they had previously charged. Really, I should have been allowed to spend my funds that Just Fab was currently holding. After all, it is my money. "

"Never received first order, placed another order, received but returned due to fit, instead of doing a credit on that order, they issued the credit on first order which was less expensive then order 2, and they resent order 1 and still will not give me the correct refund for order 2 which was the product returned, even a manager from corporate cant figure this out, will NEVER purchase again from them or any of their affiliates."
