"I have been a member off and on for 5 years now and the company has become so much bigger and better than it once was. I took a break for a couple years and I am so happy that I have rejoined. The options for clothing and shoes is endless and every pair of shoes I have ordered is comfortable and cute. I constantly get compliments at work and now my mom is even a member. The shipping is pretty fast compared to other companies that I have joined. The customer service is great and I have no problem with returns. I only had to return one pair of shoes that were a little too small. What I really love is that the more items that you add to your cart, the less the prices per item become and you also receive other promotional discounts such as free shipping and free magazine subscriptions. I just love love love JustFab and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to change up their closet or just simply get an item that you are missing for that special outfit or event. "

"The shoes I ordered were too small, even though be shoe size has gone down 1 full size.
The return and exchange process took so long.
Then the clothing I received was okay, 2 sweaters were nice, but not really worth the price.
The dress was awful, it "fit" but was not a fit. I have returned it (over 2 weeks ago) and still not refunded."

"I went in to purchase a pair of shoes, they were advertised as the first pair being $10. So I went through and made the purchase, when at the end it said in fine print that by using the discount to make the first pair $10, I was subscribed to a monthly VIP membership that was going to cost me $40 per month! Nowhere else was this stated except after I had already made the purchase! So I had to call customer service and the representative was nice enough, but she kept pushing me to keep the membership after I repeatedly told me to cancel it! I was just very annoyed by the experience. "
