"Great inventory. Information regarding fit is pretty spot on in most cases. My shoe closet is now offering me many choices on a daily basis! I love that I can get classic pumps or boots and then at the same time get something unique and fun. Prices are incredible and I haven’t shopped anywhere else for shoes since. Disclaimer: haven’t tried their sneakers as I wear a specific running shoe. "
"I ordered my boots on the 8th, tracking said they'd be here on the 12th. Never came. Tracking hasn't updated since the 8th. It's now the 22nd. Not to mention the auto renewal of the subscription. Really nice right before Christmas to see 36$ gone. No notice nothing. I don't even want a refund I'm just totally done at this point. Like I understand covid is an issue and that's fine but I can't even be updated on my package at least?"

"I tried to place an order on Monday and they restricted my account. I called, and the 1st representative told me it would be 24 - 48 hours for my account to be lifted off the hold. I waited 48 hours, called again and they said it was STILL on restrictions, mind you I waited an hour each time I talked to their customer service. Finally someone was able to tell me why my account was on hold, and said it would be lifted again in 24-48 hours.
Fast forward to THURSDAY, I call, I’m able to place an order on the phone and they tell me I need to change my shipping address. So I did, I place the order, they take the money out of my account and on Friday I check my shipping date... MY ORDER IS ON HOLD FOR REVIEW. Of course I call and another 24-48 hours before they can lift the review on my order after I paid for expedited shipping, they told me if I wanted a refund on my shipping it would take up to 16 days for my order to be sent to me. IT WAS HORRIBLE. 10 out of 10 would not recommend! "

"If I could rate this without giving it a star I would. I online chatted with 6 different customer service representatives to try and unsubscribe from the membership, but none of them were able to do it for me. Three of them were too confused to help, and I simply stated “I would like to discontinue my VIP Membership.” The other three just left the chat mid conversation. Then I called a representative and the lady was very nice and offered me a “credit” for another item free in my cart and she either hung up on me or lost connection. But I called again and the gentleman hung up on me. I called a third time and that boy was so rude, I honestly cannot believe they would treat a customer that way, so I asked to talk to a different representative. His response was, “Sure, hang up, and wait through the line again.” So I was extremely disappointed in that person, and I did end up calling again (this would be the 10th time I tried contacting a representative), and the gentleman was finally able to help me. He gave me his condolences for all of the trouble I had with the 9 other representatives, and finally cancelled my membership. Long story short, they will do anything to not get you to cancel your membership, and it is a bit obnoxious. I will never be using this website again unless they are giving me completely free shoes. "

"The boots I received were falling apart at the zipper and the slipper boots I received were poor quality. I called to cancel my membership because of the poor quality of the items and had to repeat myself multiple times about how I am not interested in wasting my money on items that will not last after a couple of wears."
