"Over a month since my package "shipped" and still no sign of it anywhere. Customer service was useless. When I asked to cancel my VIP membership as I was disappointed with service so far, they still charged my account the same day to pay for the next months subscription but removed the VIP status so everything cost full retail price regardless of them taking my money for an additional month of service. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! "

"When I first saw that your first pair of boots were $10 as VIP, I totally didn't believe it and thought it was a scam. But I decided to do a little bit of research and found out the site was legit so I decided to go ahead and buy a pair. Totally worth it! These are literally the cutest pair of boots I own now and I get so many compliments on them, and I only spent a total of $15 dollars. They look just like the picture and the materials aren't cheap as I expected them to be, they are pretty sturdy and cute at the same time. Will definitely buy more in the future."
