"I can't place an order because they have my Just Fab hooked to Fabletics, a subscription that I canceled, and now they won't allow me to place an order under my just fab account. so i have over $100 in credit and can't do anything about it and when I contacted them for help they stated to ship it to a different address WHAT?!?! I didn't want to but I shipped it to my friend's address so I could place an order than it came back and said couldn't complete order because shipping address couldn't be validated "

"I've been a VIP member of JustFab for a couple of years now, I do enjoy their sales but I wouldn't buy anything that wasn't on sale, it's way too expensive for the cheap (ish) quality they offer. They do have a lot of fun stuff though, especially shoes. The clothes I bought from them are cute and inexpensive (on sale). I have to say their customer service is pretty good, got a purse that broke and they immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked. "

"I ordered my shoes on December 4th. It is now December 15th and still nothing. I’m pretty irritated because the tracking said they would be here on December 8th and now has no tracking information at all and customer service hasn’t responded to my inquiry. I am canceling my vip membership. Not sure why I had to pay for shipping if it’s going to take a month to get here. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience. "
