"Website kept glitching when I was trying to finish my order. I finally tried the live Chat. I even had problems with that. Finally I tried the website one more time, and it finally worked. I use to really love Just Fab but after a pre-holiday order that items were canceled, and when I talked with them the item would have to get ordered again. There was a incident where I reordered the item and as soon as I was off the phone it was canceled again. I was never so disappointed with the way that I had been given the run around. Ended up that I was finally able to get the boots for my daughter's Xmas present, but the 1 pair of boots that i was getting in exchange for a return never did get. Only reason I ordered this time was that I had points that I needed to spend, or lose out on the money I had invested in the monthly fees. There doesn't seem to be as many varieties of items to choose from. It seems like they're recycling items from last season. "
