"The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is every once in a while the fit is off. There was a pair of shoes for which I ordered 3 pair my size and down 2 sizes. They were still two big. Another time there was a belt whose clasp was not large enough to accommodate the loop. This has only happened a few times. They're customer service is great. "

"when I do find things I like, they are usually good quality, and the few things I've ordered and not liked (or didn't fit) were super easy to exchange. They seem to have fixed the issue with using credits toward sale items, too. Stuff is regularly 50-70% off, and I can use my credits. "
