"I love my experience with JustFab. Easy to order, find details, inventory availability, remembering my sizes and preferences, etc. But when I have a problem it's hell finding how to resolve it. During this holiday season, the pricing on the site did not match the pricing in my cart. I could not easily begin a chat from the site, so I used the option of Messenger. It literally took an hour or two for an agent to respond. Each time, of course, I was off doing something else so I had to start over and add new information. I began in the morning and it was late afternoon by the time the problem was resolved. The site corrected itself before I finally got an agent to look at my account. All's well that ends well."
