It was supposed to be shower doors with a base and back and side walls all I got was the shower doors and the base no back walls. The whole point of ordering the set was to get the acrylic walls. I can get a base and shower doors anywhere so the walls were crucial in the order. Nobody would help me straighten it out so I just ate it and it cost me another $3,000 have my job done so not very happy at all and it boils down to never ever do business online with a company that isn't where you live."

"The website was extremely confusing as to what I was actually ordering. Not until receiving my confirmation did I realize I ordered a different product than was listed on the webpage.
After calling and fixing the order, at no point was I ever told that my item was on back order. 2 weeks of waiting and finally I get a notification that my item was on back order and they expect it in one week. 4 weeks passed of me getting emails pushing back expected delivery each week for one week. My build project was postponed due to this screw up.

"I was comparing prices on Google Shopping for about $3,500 worth of products for a bathroom remodel. I consistently saw KB Authority among the lowest priced options.
Before ordering, I noticed the call for a better price option. I spoke with Nick who was able to verify the current stock and shipping times (one of the shower doors was custom so it required 3 weeks) of all the items AND gave me a price $250 lower than the closest competitor and $800+ cheaper than purchasing locally.
After the order was placed, shipping times and tracking numbers were sent and products arrived perfectly (some sent directly from manufacturer). I would gladly recommend KB Authority to friends and family!

"Ordered a very nice kitchen faucet, waited several weeks for it as it was explained to me they inspect the faucet before resending after getting it from the suppliers warehouse.
Received it ,because it was poorly repacked the hoses were loose in the box scratching the faucet.
They asked for pictures which I sent, they sent a return label which shipped it to their supplier about 10 towns away from according to tracking had it within 2 days of my shipping it.
Called to ask when the refund would be coming and was told it takes about 24 days for the process of inspection and they getting confirmation of the damage from the supplier, WHAT? 24 days that was not reasonable as it should take no more then a week.
Waited a week , they supposedly had no report on it and would not call the supplier, decided they were delaying for some odd reason and put in a dispute with my CC.
SURPRISE! I received an email from them quickly saying that the supplier said there was no damage....Hmmm less then 24 days so obviously there is some benefit to them holding on to my money, maybe this is a way for them to keep afloat who knows.
Resent pictures and of course no response from them which is OK because the Credit card company has them also which proves the damage was there.
Googled KBauthority and the reviews were awful, 3.5 stars on the Better Business Bureaus site and every site with ratings has the same complaint about damaged goods coming to customers which leads me to believe they might be trying to push previous returns on customers or maybe they get a great price on them sending them out hoping customers will keep them or go through the return process getting the same message that the "Supplier" said there was no damage.
Anyway you look at it is not an honest way of doing business and I HIGHLY, STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEIR PRICES LOOK!
Only because of the CC company did I get a refund

"I have small bathrooms and needed frameless doors. They came well packaged. we had a problem with a part being too small and after a conversation with KB and the manufacturer the replacement part was sent. the doors are heavy and water tight. I really like my doors. thanks"
"I orders a glass door for my tub and was told it was back ordered. I did receive it a week later without any notification while I was out of town for work. I asked
My wife to inspect package as required for this item but since it was heavy and there was no exterior damage she did not look at the backside of the glass door and reported it to be fine . About a month later when I actually got a chance to install the door I found damage to the chrome hinge that we never reported and I thought I was screwed since I never reported any damage. I did contact KB Authority and described the situation and within four days I had a new replacement door delivered and now I am proud of my new bathroom instead of disappointed. Thanks KBAuthority for making the process to replace the door effortless and responding in such a timely manner. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. "
"Had the worst experience with this company. They shipped me the absolute wrong item with the right packing slip. When I called they made it seem like the return process was a breeze but I have already waited 2 weeks and I can’t seem to even get an update on if they will mail me the right item. The people in customer service are very unprofessional. I’ve been promised an update 3 times and still haven’t received an email. Don’t order with this company. I currently have a bathroom with no sink and it’s been weeks and I only have one bathroom. "
