"Received a damaged part on an order from KBAuthority - took over a month for them to take it back despite an immediate contact with them and photographs of the damage. Wrote to them after getting an RMA a month later, and asked them about receiving a replacement for the damaged order and after 2 days still don't have a response. I'm going to order a replacement from another company and hope for the best, and I won't be doing any more business with this company ever again."

"Ordered a very nice kitchen faucet, waited several weeks for it as it was explained to me they inspect the faucet before resending after getting it from the suppliers warehouse.
Received it ,because it was poorly repacked the hoses were loose in the box scratching the faucet.
They asked for pictures which I sent, they sent a return label which shipped it to their supplier about 10 towns away from according to tracking had it within 2 days of my shipping it.
Called to ask when the refund would be coming and was told it takes about 24 days for the process of inspection and they getting confirmation of the damage from the supplier, WHAT? 24 days that was not reasonable as it should take no more then a week.
Waited a week , they supposedly had no report on it and would not call the supplier, decided they were delaying for some odd reason and put in a dispute with my CC.
SURPRISE! I received an email from them quickly saying that the supplier said there was no damage....Hmmm less then 24 days so obviously there is some benefit to them holding on to my money, maybe this is a way for them to keep afloat who knows.
Resent pictures and of course no response from them which is OK because the Credit card company has them also which proves the damage was there.
Googled KBauthority and the reviews were awful, 3.5 stars on the Better Business Bureaus site and every site with ratings has the same complaint about damaged goods coming to customers which leads me to believe they might be trying to push previous returns on customers or maybe they get a great price on them sending them out hoping customers will keep them or go through the return process getting the same message that the "Supplier" said there was no damage.
Anyway you look at it is not an honest way of doing business and I HIGHLY, STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEIR PRICES LOOK!
Stay far away from them!"

"My contractor lost a piece from my shower fixture on the install and I was franticly looking for it’s replacement. Kitchen and Bath Authority reached out to the manufacturer and helped get the piece expedited to me. Both reps I dealth with were amazing. The second rep in particular, she went above and beyond. Called the manufacturer, confirned it had been shipped to me and sent me the tracking number. I apologize for not remembering her name since she saved the day. I would usee KB Authority again and am very satisfied with the price, the service- the entire transaction."

"I ordered a faucet on 9/24/18. Finally received it on 10/4/18, but was the wrong faucet. It was my fault as I ordered the wrong one. Made contact with KB Authority and explained the problem. I had hoped that I could simply send the wrong faucet back and exchange it for the correct one. THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, ONLY RETURNS. Finally received an RMA number on 10/8/18 and sent faucet back that same day. and it arrived at the supplier on 10/12/18. After repeated calls to find out where the refund was, finally credited back to my account 11/5/18. Mind you, the credit amount was $100.00 less than I paid (20% restocking fee). Absolutely horrible company to due business with and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT PENALIZE YOU FOR AN HONEST MISTAKE. AT THE VERY LEAST, I WOULD HAVE GREATLY APPRECIATED THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE SIMPLY EXCHANGED IT FOR THE RIGHT FAUCET.
Because of their poor customer service and poor return policy, I ordered the correct faucet from another online retailer and installed it before I ever got this issue resolved. Wasted $100.00, but learned a great lesson"

After building the wall for the shower enclosure and waiting five weeks, i again contacted KB asking where my shipment was, only to be informed via e-mail it was cancelled. I had to order a different product and wait another week for it to arrive. They assured me that they would refund the price difference to my credit card account because the new item was slightly less expensive and after waiting several weeks for the credit to my card, I turned it into my credit card company as a dispute. I was planning on ordering another shower enclosure for a different bath, but not now. "

"My experience buying the filler was great. A representative called to verify the order and was able to get it shipped. I had it within two weeks. When the item arrived we opened right away and it was exactly as described. Best part was we got it for a great price.
Only draw back was that shipping took longer than I anticipated. Once it actually left the facility it was quick, but was slow getting picked and shipped.
