"Nice product at a decent price, but then was told it was back ordered and not available for 12 weeks, unless I agreed to pay an additional $55 so they could buy from another source. Then when I asked to redirect the delivery to an address 8blocks away they said the shipper would require a $120 fee to redirect. Seems like every contact with them cost me more money."
"I thought it was faster delivery and note on the item delivery day. I chatted with customer service on the website before I ordered. It’s supposed to delivere in 10 days. I checked Dreamliner website, and they had over 250 items in stock. Needless to say, I didn’t get an email for to confirm my order process and expected delivery until the 8th business day. I ordered on 10/1/18, and I just revive my items on 10/18/18.
I did call customer service twice to ask for the expect delivery date. Feel like they lie to me to tell items we’re back ordered. I requested to talk to the manager (I forgot her name). They told me she would call me back because she was busy. I never heard from her. I would never order from this website again. I read on great reviews, but my experiences were terrible - unfriendly cumtoner support, unreliable manager return my call, and terrible proposed delivery. I hope you would review my calls and discuss with the manager who supposed to call me back. If I recall correctly, her name is Stacy.

"I finally had my Brizio faucets installed. The sleek design and brushed stainless looks fabulous in my new kitchen. The ease of use, the quick return of the faucet head gives even the busiest household a smooth performance. I love the extent of movement of the head as it has the ability to sweep from each side of the sink with a full rinse. ( I have rectangle sinks) I am so glad I picked out my faucets instead of allowing the contractor to pick the ones from the hardware store. They are pricer but the performance is worththe price. "
"Ordered an item online, company is conscience of credit fraud. Received an email requesting a copy of my license (address blocked out) and the credit card (all but the last 4 numbers) to confirm it was me placing the order. Within hours, received an email confirming my order is being processed. I receive the part within a business week."
"Ordered shower seat on the 26th, was told they would try to rush it. E-mailed to ask if it was in fact being rushed, no response. Started calling on the 5th and they kept telling me it has shipped, but Fed Ex does not have the package. Have called three times and customer service was very rude. She told me it may be in Utah on the 15th, then needs five to ten days to get to California??? My bathroom will be finished and contractors gone.

"I'm happy with the faucet I ordered but not entirely happy with KB Authority. I realized after the faucet arrived that I made a mistake in the finish I ordered. When I called about exchanging I was told, very nicely but customer service, that there were no exchanges but I could return it and then order the faucet in the correct finish. I was then told there was a TWENTY PERCENT return/restocking fee. I'm living with the faucet I ordered but it left me with a very bad feeling about KB Authority."
"Honestly, not sure where to start... except this company is unethical and should not be in business. I ordered a vanity that took 2 and half month to receive, I assume it was backordered so not their fault. When the package arrived, the entire vanity set was extremely damaged so I refused delivery and took photos. The company told to submit photos and they had to wait for the damaged vanity to return to the sender before they could authorize shipping a new one. Over the course of 3 weeks, the company told me they were just waiting to hear back from the company once they received the vanity- LIE #1. After 3 weeks, KB Authority told me there was no damage and I had to accept delivery again. NO ONE EVER SAW THE PACKAGE, it was sitting with the delivery company the entire time. They delivered THE SAME vanity set completely destroyed and took more photos this time. KB Authority acknowledged it was destroyed and told me that they would ship another one but it was out of stock- LIE #2. I called the company and it was in stock. So I asked for a refund and ordered it from another company(which I received in 10 days). They told me I would have to wait for them to be reimbursed by the shipper before refunding me!!!! That is about 10 weeks. What reputable company would not issue a refund for a product that came destroyed . Only after threatning to contact the attorney genera, they told me they would process the refund. After 2 weeks, they still did not refund my money as they said it was still waiting to be approved. After 5 e-mails and calls, I just called my credit card and told them to remove the charge. THESE GUYS ARE CRIMINALS!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM."
"We were so glad to find the product we did at Kitchen and Bath Authority! The semi-frameless shower door we purchased is top quality and was shipped within days of placing the order, free of charge. The product arrived in perfect condition and has since been installed. I will definitely return to this site for future kitchen and bath needs, as the site is simple to navigate--even on a smartphone!

"Placed a order on 9/4, got email asking if I wanted to split ship my items, great! Yes I would! Called right away to put in the request. Should have expected the items the following week. I received no tracking information so I called again. They said sorry, but whoever was supposed to put in the request didn't. So I requested the spilt shipment again knowing that my plumber was waiting for these items. Waited a day to get confirmation. Called back and not once but twice did they not split ship my items! This was upsetting because we had to push our sheet rockers back because of the lack service that K&B provided. Each time I called I requested to speak to a supervisor and they told me nobody was around. When asked what the issue was, they told me that hurricane in NC was holding up my shipment. Please note that they are not located in NC and I live in MN. When asked how did that affect my shipment, the lady said she didn't know since I lived in MN. To this day, I don't know why my order wasn't shipped as nobody could give me a reason. Operators did not help me solve the issues and nor did any supervisors care to call me back. This wouldn't be a big deal but when you have to put everyone back a week because of the lack service they provided, I'm embarrassed and they should be ashamed of how their company works. "
"We got the doors on time . Unfortunately the glass panels were damaged so we have contacted KBAuthority and they seems to be understanding . They requested info and photos of the shipment and as we see it are processing the claim . They also made it clear that the rest of the process is in the hands of the third party for which they have very little control"
