It was written in the small print that the item was "less handles"... I purchased from this vendor because they had the "best price". Now I don't have what I need AND I didn't get the best price because I have to purchase handles separately. Super unhappy and feel misled."
"We purchased the venetian bronze Baliza bud vase for our kitchen. The vase was well built and easily installed in an existing hole in the kitchen counter. The only negative making me rate 4 stars vs. 5 stars is customer service communications. The item was back ordered but I had to call to find out after some time with no delivery (all the receipt said was Pre-Authorized). I had sent an email to the link in my order confirmation (****@****), but received no response back. "
"I was a little hesitant ordering this item online, but KBAuthority had the best price. I read the reviews carefully and since I was not in a big hurry to receive the item, I thought I'd give it a go. There was a little hiccup and I was told the item was in stock which wasn't really the case so it took a little longer than expected. But my call to KBA cleared things up and they gave me a delivery date and it arrived as promised. So, I would say if you know what you want and KBA beats the competitions price AND your not in a hurry for the item, then I absolutely recommend this company. It restored my faith in online ordering. My faucet was boxed for shipping and arrived undamaged. My faucet is not installed because we are remodeling but I'm sure Delta will stand behind their name is anything goes awry with the mechanisms in the faucet itself. KBA is not responsible for how the faucet operates. The good news is that I have never bought a new faucet that did not work. This is not a touch on/off faucet that requires batteries. This is a standard push on/off faucet."

"Found the perfect vanity for my beach house from these guys! I absolutely love it! Well built and a great company that works with you! I ordered the mirror that went with it and after a couple of days I contacted them to ask for it to be taken off my order, they did immediately!! Then I forgot to order the backsplash with it and everything I saw indicated I probably wouldn't be able to get it as they typically don't send it separately! I contacted them again and they were willing to send me one but couldn't guarantee that it would not get broken! It arrived well packed and in fantastic condition! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!"
"If I could give it -5 stars I would. Run, don't walk. Incredibly unprofessional with no business ethics. I do not believe they have an inventory. They wait until someone orders and then purchases them from the maker. Then you are subjected to long delays and repeated lies. 2 items I ordered I cancelled before shipping and 6 weeks later I had to ask where my credit was on my credit card. Yes I had to ask. Then after it was supposedly being credited back I get an email saying it has exceeded their 90 days. Yes 6 weeks of time that you took up. Honestly I could go on and on with examples, but suffice it to say I wish I had read the hundreds of reviews with warning signs before ordering. It has been 3 weeks since they finally received the product and 10 days since it was supposedly shipped. Oh yeah, that's right. Joseph sent an email saying it had been shipped and would email me the next day with tracking. Um, if you ship something they give you tracking info immediately. 3 ring circus of monkeys with bad business practices. As of 6/16/18 still no product and after they see this I will probably never receive it. "

"I have ordered shower doors from KBA on two occasions. The first time I called to ask some basic questions and to get reassurance that the company was real. The person I spoke with was helpful and pleasant. Both times the products were sent very quickly and delivered in perfect condition. We just started installing our first door today and things are going well. We had to add some reinforcement behind a finished wall that we weren't expecting, so the project is taking a little longer. The doors are very nice quality."

"I had ordered a Franke PT -70s pescara SS colander 1/22/18. I never got the delivery and had REPEATEDLY called and e-mailed your company about this. I got a variety of responses, indicating that my order was on the way (end of Feb, March, April, May, etc.). I finally am told with my last call that it was shipped the day I called by Jeanelle (who was very nice), but there was still delays to actually ship it out as I was watching the shipment progress. I was also was informed that my original item no longer was in existence and was being replaced by a "sleeker, newer model". When the item came, it does not fit my Franke sink. it is a few millimeters longer, so sits in my sink at an angle. At this point I give up. This took Waaaaay too long and if Franke did discontinue this item, it should not have been listed. and I should have been given the option in January to cancel. Had I not routinely persued this I waould have never really known what was going on. I had requested several times my status in writing, never came. But I did get emails from your company asking me to give a customer review on my order that I (never) received!!"
"I replaced my bathroom faucet with a faucet from KBAuthoriy a couple of years ago because they were the only distributor who had a similarly designed faucet. It took about a month before the faucet arrived, but it was a high quality faucet and I'm happy with it. Pretty much the same thing happened this time, except it was my kitchen faucet. I needed to replace it right away so I went to Home Depot, and then Lowe's, but didn't find what I wanted. Either the faucet design was not to my liking or the quality was poor. Because of the length of time it took for my other faucet to arrive, I checked a couple of other online sites but didn't see anything I really liked, so I decided to give KBAuthority's website another look and was able to find a high quality replacement for a reasonable price - and it arrived in one week. "The website did not say how long it would take to get the product. It seemed as though it was in stock. After I ordered, it comes back and says it will be weeks. Then I called repeatedly and was told different things on different calls. On my very last call, I was told the product would be in their warehouse in 7 days and in fact it arrived in my mailbox in four days. They have no idea what is happening with their merchandise or where it is at any moment. The price was good though! "
