"When I placed an order the system shwed shipping in two days, however, after a few days I received a note that the part was out of stock and I would not receive for 6 weeks. Then another note stating I could get from another supplier but pay 80% more. SInce I needed the part I went for it stating I needed the part within the week. After several calls I finally was able to get tracking and the part was received in 10 days. However, it was the wrong size (as happens when you are purchasing form a photo on line). The start of the return process was simple but a bit of paperwork and I sent the item back on 10/10, it was received on 10/12. Well here it is 11/9 and I still have not received a refund. I have called several time and been assured (twice) that I would get my refund this week. We will see. Bottom line my experience was not very good with the purchase or return. After some research it appears most plumbing supply houses on line are similar in policies however, KB missed the mark on shipping and returns. I mean what is the point of buying on line if you have to make 6 phone calls to check on shipping and credits."

"I ordered and received 2 Delta faucets, and saved around $65 over my usual online sites. Having read many of the reviews, I understood going in that the faucets would most likely be special order items, requiring a few weeks until delivery, although the website did not specifically identify these items as not in stock (that's why I reduced my rating by 1 star). This was OK with me since I wasn't ready to install the faucets yet.
I received an email specifying special order (go figure), and that it would take 10-14 business days before shipping. I ordered on 10/13/17, processed on 10/16/17, received notification of shipping with tracking number on 11/01/17, and they arrived on 11/03/17. "
