"I ordered three items and ended up canceling previous two orders and the current item was ordered 8/15 and it was shipped on 9/5. Not only it took so long and haven't even notified to customer about shipping information. I ordered thru Amazon and it only took two days to deliver. Customer service people have no empathy and don't seem to care. "
"I'm gonna make this short, I placed my order with them on July 6, 2017. When I placed my order it showed that the glass shower panels were in stock and ready to ship. August 11th I received an email saying that it was on back order and wouldn't ship till the 24th. I called the 25th to see why I had not received any shipping notifications. When I spoke to a guy in sales he recommended that I switched items and got one that would ship the next day so I took his advise to by the compariable one that was also cheaper and "would ship the next day". Still never recieving any shipping compformation I called back august 1, to which I was told the company was moving and it was not going to ship till the 11th of august. The customer service rep that I had started dealing with the 11th said she would keep in touch with me so she called me on Friday the 11th of august and informed me i should receive a tacking number that Monday and should have it no later than Friday. So here it is august 14th and she calls to tell me that is damaged and will not be shipping. It will be 3 weeks at the earliest to get a shower! Over two months!!!!!"

"I highly recommend that you NEVER do any sort of business with Kitchen & Bath Authority. They sell products that they don't even stock without telling you about the 3 week lead time until after your order is process and you are charged. The customer service is terrible and they make no effort to make the customer feel important. They offer no solutions to make up for their lack of transparency and shut down any solutions you come up with. Finally decided to cancel my order two weeks after placing it when I realized it would be another two weeks to receive my order. I was told it would take 72 hours to cancel my order and another 10-12 business days after that to have my money returned. They aren't in a hurry to do anything, I see they truly believe in their name, they are the authoritative power. "

"Shopping online with KBAuthority was nothing but an incredible experience. I purchased a Brizo kitchen/shower system for my home and I wasn’t too sure about what I needed to purchase. So I spoke to a sales representative named Mike and he took me throughout the entire shopping process. We started with my kitchen and we selected a beautiful Artesso faucet… He explained every single color to me and even sent me links to look at the colors as I was selecting them, he even explained small differences between the brushed nickel vs stainless steel stuff.
We then moved on to the bathroom… We shopped for the Charlotte line because I am a classical fellah and really enjoy detailed items. He explained EVERYTHING from what I need to buy, why I need to buy, and how much it cost. He provided me the model numbers of all the valves that I needed and I then gave my credit card. Most of the items were special order and I was OKAY with that because of my time frame and I got everything in about 3 weeks (as promised). Since then, everything has been installed and the results are just outstanding. Who would believe that you can get such outstanding customer services? Ah! Makes me enjoy the new digital world.. Well none the less, I wrote this review because I wanted others to know this company does what it’s asked of. I don’t have any complaints and would definitely shop again.

"I had no idea this Company was a "Re-seller". I bought a relatively expensive marble top vanity (light colored). The free shipping was awesome. It was shipped quickly and very well packaged to ensure it was not damaged. When I received the item, I uncrated it in the garage (low light) and found no damage. Once the vanity was taken into a very well lit bathroom - I noticed a stain along the edge of the marble top. I called and they asked for pictures. I sent the pictures and they asked for better pictures. I sent them and I was emailed and told I needed to clean it as if it were just surface dirt. Following was their exact response that was not helpful at all (the information says - "do this" but then says what NOT to do without offering any real advice to remove the stain. Although this should not be my problem to figure out how to remove a stain from a 900.00 cabinet!)
It looks like there is some dirt on the marble.
It can be easily remove using :
Vinegar lemon juice and corrosive agent containing acids will etch and dull surface.
Do not use abrasive cleaner that contains ammonia or bleach.”
We kindly ask you to try this method of cleaning the top of the vanity, we have had cases like this in the past, and most customers find that by using these items to clean the top, it turns out all along it was just dirt. In the event it is not, and it don’t not wipe clean, we will take it one step further for you.
But please try this, and let us know what your results are.
I answered this email and got no response. I emailed again and got no response. I called and asked for a Manager and was sent to a voicemail. Still no response. Same as other reviews - it came down to delaying the entire project and had to proceed. I'm not sure how this will be resolved at this point but I feel this is a Company best avoided. The item may be as expected and be fine or it's not and they don't take responsibility for the issues.

"A classic bait and switch experience. Be aware they are not an authorized seller of the goods. They repackage used display items, returned items and broken items as if they are coming directly from the manufacturer. They are not. When you are waiting weeks and weeks to hear about your order, it is because they are trying to piece it together somehow. Parts missing? No instructions? Wrong color/finish?
When you call them out on it, they will play games telling you things like "we have to get in touch in the manufacturer's rep" or "we are filing a claim with them" or "we will have to look into the carrier that shipped it". Really, you sent me the wrong item and try to pass it off as correct? And then act as if I am wrong? Gaslighting at its best.
I think they hope you will back off because you have a contractor, plumber, etc. coming in the next few days and you need the faucet, sink, drain, mirror or whatever it is your ordered. You eventually just settle for the incorrect or shoddy item just to keep the project moving along. Pretty clever, eh?
Record all of your calls (letting them know of course -- otherwise it is illegal!). Document everything if you do decide to do business with them. But my advice, stay away. The low prices are indeed too good to be true.
