"I purchased my Delta faucet from KB, due to price. They asked me to write this review, so I will, and maybe update it later? As far as my faucet goes, it's what I expected to receive. The only drawback to it, is that the description of parts included was not available, and that is not the fault of KB as far as I believe. KB could provide a better, more precise description of "What's In The Box" so you'd know exactly what you will get, but of all the site's that I searched for my faucet, no one does. Maybe that's a Delta thing, I don't know? When I got my faucet, I discovered that it did not contain the escutcheon plate as I thought it was going to. While some sites noted it as optional, there was nothing specific that told me it was not with my faucet and needed to be ordered separately. There is also an "under-the-sink" support that you need if you are going to mount it to a stainless steel sink due to the sink not being strong enough to support the faucet steady as you'd like, without it. That too, is special order. Again, I blame Delta. With the cost of the faucet that I purchased, I don't think it would be too much to have those parts in the box, and the option be whether or not you need them during installation, not after you get your faucet and realize you can't put it in, because you didn't order the rest of the faucet you needed to do the install. You're looking at another week at least before you get those parts and get to install your faucet if you don't completely do your research. My bad, but you learn as you go sometimes??? I ordered the escutcheon from another site that was cheaper in price, but it's already on the way, which brings me to my final point. I actually had to call KB to find out when my faucet was going to ship, since I didn't get any information for shipping or tracking. That was a week after the order, and they told me, "It's going out today"? How convenient. I read some of the other reviews, and some said basically the same thing. Order processing for in stock items is pretty slow. I just am glad that they decided not to send it via USPS, they really stink for delivery times. Well I have the faucet, it looks like I expected, getting the other part in a day or so, so when I get it in, maybe I'll update the faucet's performance itself?"
"I was drawn to this site via a google search. Then the price caught my eye.
Next I called to start my order:
At first I noticed that the sales person wanted me to understand that she was knowledgeable and correct and the source of authority. In the beginning I took that as a good thing. She even sent me links which were pretty helpful in deciding.

1. The "trim" package was suppose to be just that. I repeatedly request only the trim because I had just bought the vavle for $40 in the store. She assured me yes that is what I want getting. When it arrived. I received the whole vavle kit with all the trim pieces. So now the valve is extra.
2. I order a pop-up stopper. Well it won't screw into us bottom part and a "no brianer" from my side and f the fence was the piece I was replacing was chrome. So even if the right part was shipped I would have a bronze pop- up on a chrome drain that is connected to the tub. This would have been better but the arrogance on the phones which I though was confidence back fired. All that was needed here was to listen to the customer.
3. Lastly it took over three weeks to get the product."
"Ordered item arrived in good condition and well packaged. The product is a good quality (though its mostly thanks to manufacturer) and the price was good. Thats the good part.
Not so good part is that it was claimed to be in stock but for some reason it took almost 1 week to process the order and ship the item which is not quite today's standards, what with computerized inventories and processing. So it took almost 2 weeks to get it. But at least it did not screw up my project, arriving one day before its deadline.
Not good part at all though is that it was not what was ordered. The ordered item (which was a mirrored cabinet) was supposed to have Plain mirror edges, which match the overall design of my new bathroom, and it is clearly stated on the invoice itself. The cabinet though arrived with Beveled edges model which is a mismatch for my design. I had no better option as to install what I got and since its all mirror reflections its not too obvious but still not what I ordered and what I spent some time looking for (as most common option is Beveled edge).
So - disappointed at result and rather disgusted with overall experience - I very poorly react to things like carelessness in any work and particularly when in very simple things like that. "

"KB Authority clearly gave me the lowest price on my DreamLine Shower Door of anyone locally or online when I made my purchase from them and I have to rate the KB Customer Service with young ladies like Teylor & Melvika (Mel for short) as being excellent beginning from the first day the R+L Carrier's driver refused to deliver my shower door due to having to park on a 2 lane road in our subdivision (almost laughable but I wasn't laughing) to the 3 days later when his terminal manager told him to deliver my shipment after being urged by Teylor @ KB Authority. I mentioned to the terminal manager that I hoped the disgruntled driver didn't take his frustrations out on my shipment. Albeit after my delivery I ended up with a missing box of hardware, boot prints on my flat box containing my solid glass DreamLiine shower doors and a shipping pallet which had been put thru the wringer by the carrier. If I had to do it all over again I would still purchase from KB Authority due to their superb group of ladies in their Customer Service Department. These girls as well as Jennifer working with me from Dreamline, the mfg. of my shower door, made a very bad nightmare brought on by the carrier a very pleasant experience in the end.
Ps: I had to rate the Shipping Process poor but remember KBA had nothing to do in selecting the Carrier that under performed in every way possible, actually even though DreamLine chose their Carrier I'm sure they had much higher expectations of the Carrier than what was provided......"

"On 11-11-2016 I ordered a shower door from KBAuthority.com online immediately after confirming by phone that they had multiple units "In Stock". I received order confirmation by email on 11-11-2016 at 4:00 PM Central Time (17:00 EST). The same day I received an email request for a photo ID from KBA billing dept. My order could not be completed because the credit card billing address was a PO box, and the shipping address was a street address. I scanned my ID and attached the .jpg file to a reply email on the same day at 4:49 PM. I again phoned KBA and they confirmed receipt of the ID and confirmed that the order was processed. I received an email on 11-14-2016 at 9:48 AM that my order had been processed.
Next email came 11-28-2016, 17 days after I placed the order.

I called to learn from KBA that the manufacturer had discontinued the product and KBA had no source for that model. I requested that KBA refund the billed amount to my credit card. I subsequently contacted Dreamline to learn that they had discontinued that model several months earlier. (I checked and KBA still showed that particular shower door for sale on their website a week later.)
It has now been 49 days since I placed the order and 30+ days since cancellation by KBA and still no refund. I called again today and KBA said they had mailed a check. I again told them I wanted a refund directly to the credit card used to purchase the door. The customer service woman said it would be Jan 3, 2017 before they could address the process of refunding.
