"I purchased approximately $4,000 worth of merchandise in 3-4 separate orders and I've had to call and follow up on the shipment status for every order repeatedly before the items were shipped. Often times I would have to call several times before I could get the item shipped. I had one order come with a defective unit and the return/exchange process was also terrible, requiring me to take several pictures of the item, return them item, and they will not ship a replacement until the item is received. I've emailed and called several times to get a status update on the return and still have no update on my return/exchange.

If time is no concern to you and you don't mind harassing customer service every single day to get an update on your order, purchase from KBAuthority. My advice, spend a few more dollars with a company that understands customer service and how to work with customers. "

Had a little difficulty having it delivered to an address different from our billing address, but customer service was prompt helping us sort it out. When I arrived home on the date it was supposed to be delivered I was highly disappointed to see my product was carelessly thrown in my driveway and torn open. Some of the protective encasing was out as well as the instructions and the box was torn in half. It took us some time to drill the holes through the porcelain tiles and adjust the vertical U extrusions on both walls for the fixed panels.
Hanging the door was a bit difficult, especially adjusting the height and the opening.
We a very happy with the purchase. The set looks great and we save a few dollars.
A suggestion is to simplify the installation manuals. There is information scattered in multiple documents. Almost every booklet contains installation details applicable to several models and arrangements, adding complexity to the project.
Another consideration is to redesign the anchoring method for the U extrusions, allowing some fine tuning. This is particularly important when drilling on very hard surfaces.

But when I got my order after 12 weeks, a piece was missing, I tried contacting the sales rep that helped me originally. She was unavailable, no worries, I let a different person assist. "I purchased a Delta shower head trim kit. When I opened the box prior to install, I found the showerhead and cartridge were missing from the manufacturer box. Because I didn't think to check the mfg box to see if all the screws/components, etc were in there (who would?) and didn't call in 48 hours they would not send me one. The customer service rep said I must have misplaced it and hung up on me. Very POOR customer services.
