My sink arrived packed in a small box within a larger shipping box. To protect the smaller box (and the porcelain sink within it), a large volume of sticky foam was squirted into the cavity space. By the time the package arrived, the foam had hardened almost rock solid, encasing the inner box and gluing it to the outer box such that I literally had to tear, chisel and rip the inner box free before I could open it. The customer service manager sent out an email confirming the free pick arrangement for the free return.
So the case is resolved. Just felt that KB authority could have trained their customer service staff better. They do have reasonable managers who correct their staff's mistakes.
The colonial white toto bidet and colonial white toto toilet are clearly not the same colors. Have to return both. But no one answers 1-800 number during the weekend.
Update 11/8/2016: kbauthority said these two products are the same color and refused a full refund. This site does not allow to post a photo-:(((
I bought colonial white Toto toilet and colonial white Toto bidet and expected the same colors for both. However, the delivered two products have very distinct two colors shades - one has more gray hue in the white and the other does not. It clearly shows on the several photos that I sent to KBauthority.
I was asked to send product photos and the package photos. After all that, I was informed that right products were shipped. Moreover, the agent on the phone said that for her the colors are the same. Unbelievable!!!
I requested to speak to the manager, and was put on hold. The call was subsequently disconnected. I called back shorty, I was told that the manager was on the phone with the Toto company and will call me back shortly.
4 hours later, I called again and was told the manager was in the meeting and will call me back. Again, I have not received the call yet.

The customer service manager called back and informed me that the return/pickup labels will be sent to me, and the full refund will be issued. I will update this review and rating when I receive the full refund.
My suggestions to the frustrated buyers, when you hit the wall with customer service agent, do request to speak to the manager who has the decision power.

I had to call the company in order to get updates on availability. When the products were finally shipped, KB Authority chose a shipping method that would make it as difficult as possible to receive shipment. It is now October 14, 2016 and I am still trying to locate the package. My tenant has no running water. When I called to explain my frustration at to why they chose a shipping method requiring direct signature, the customer service representative hung up on me. "
