We communicated via email. Email communication
was professional and effective; there were no
misunderstandings at any point in the process.

Kevin was very thorough in configuring the system. He would make suggestions for altering the configuration where appropriate. There were several occasions where he would suggest less expensive components that would provide equal or greater value than the components I thought I wanted. He also suggested delaying the order when he knew Intel was about to cut CPU prices. Since I was NOT in a hurry this was an added plus.

Once we finalized the configuration, Kevin kept me updated on the status of the system via email. He let me know when he completed the sytem build and system burn in. He emailed me with tracking information each time he sent a box.

System arrived when I expected it to arrive. Boxes were neatly packed. All components were well protected. All extra peripherals and items
were stored in the motherboard box.

System ran right out of the boxes! It took about 5 minutes between unpacking the boxes and logging into the Internet.

To sum up: KC Computers is an outfit that takes pride in delivering first class customer service and first class computer systems. I got
to deal directly with the owner. Kevin is honest, trustworthy, reliable, and a master craftsman. He knows the machines he builds are a reflection of himself... and he built me a GREAT machine. I will do business with him again.

This is my second PC purchase and after shopping around for a while and reading the reviews on this site about KC, I decided to give him a shot. Well, I've had my new system about a week now and couldn't be happier. KC was a real pleasure to do business with. He is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and responds quickly via e-mail (typically within 1 hour, even late at night!). I found it to be refreshing that KC was giving me accurate and honest feedback on some of my component choices and suggesting lower cost alternatives rather than trying to gouge every penny like some of those other so called custom PC manufacturers. I agree that KC's prices aren't the lowest around, but considering the flexibility and fantastic support he provides, it is worth the extra few bucks.
