"I think you email too much. Big turn off! Your website is slow and clunky to navigate, particularly in the shopping cart section. My insurance provider was not in the list. The KITS+ code for first time users doesn't work. It charged me the $50 but put no discount on the order except to waive the $9.95 shipping. This discount should work and it should be stackable with the Black Friday promo codes. "
