"I went through the ordering process, changed my address in checkout and then (I think) went back to double check shipping. I then purchased the three books, but my address changes did not save. I did not realize this until immediately after I submitted the order. It was after hours so I emailed customer service indicating my address issue and didn't hear from them until between 24-48 hrs later, after the packages had been shipped to wrong address. I mentioned my kids needed them for school and I would maybe need to cancel for refund and buy them somewhere else. There was no empathy from your agent, only a canned response with instructions on how to complete a return. I shop for books constantly, as I have two boys in college and am in college myself. But I will never return to your company for the simple fact that you don't care about your customers. Even if she couldn't have done anything for me, she could have remarked about it and used some compassion. In addition, the shipping options were poor for anyone needing more expedited services. I returned 2/3 books, only because my son was desperate for the 3rd book and I didn't want to make him wait longer since my order had taken a week on the 1-5 day option (I'm sure it's business days, but still.). Poor service all around."

"I specifically ordered the book here because I needed it fast and it specified that I could get the book by a specified date if I pay additional shipping. I paid an additional 16.99 for this service. EIGHT days later, I get a notice that the book shipped. This was days after I expected to already have the book per what the website said. To top it off, I am not even sure what the heck the extra money was for - the tracking shows that my order is expected to arrive 5 days after it shipped. I will NEVER use this service again and paying the extra money is a scam. "

"As far as the customer is concerned, a textbook rental service has two jobs: (1) having the book in stock, and (2) shipping it out in a timely manner. I placed my order almost two weeks ago. The book was scheduled to be delivered three days ago. I am still waiting on this "service" to deliver on its promise and get to me my ordered book. Safe to assume this transaction will not elicit repeat business. Frustrated."
