"I had to wait 9 days to find out that the book they said was in stock really wasn't. The reply was customer service when I complained was totally non sensible.

Have rented books from other companies and never had this problem. Will never rent books from here again.

Shipping took awhile.

"It said 7-14 business days and it came at around 12 business days. Obviously that is in the range but it just took a really long time to get here. Easy packaging and good condition book though. Best price for the book I needed. "

Pretty Satisfied

"I was somewhat satisfied. Both of my books came in a day after the expected delivery date. Plus, I made the order of my two books on the same day and they were shipped in different days and arrived in different days. Other than that I had no other problems. "
