"The book I returned was lost in transit, and I was charged the entire textbook ($200) a day after the due date. EVEN AFTER talking with their representative, they would not reimburse or initiate a investigation for the book lost in transit. Use a DIFFERENT SITE, since they won't charge the entire book to your bank account a day after the due date. All other sites don't charge a late fee, and will handle situations like mine WAY better. WILL NEVER buy from this site AGAIN."

While looking for a replacement, I saw the same textbook listed by Knetbooks but at a higher price. They just didn't want to honor the price quoted, purchased, and confirmed!
