Shipping times aren't accurate

"Standard, free shipping is supposed to be 6 to 9 days, I ordered January 3 and I still havent received my books. I have an assignment due on Wednesday that i will be cramming for when i finally receive them. I am very disappointed."

Disappointing

"I ordered a book on the 4th, I gave it the full amount of time before I called asking where my book is. There was no update on ups so I called and I talked to someone who helped me out and sent a new book that should be here tomorrow. Every semester I get my book from knetbooks the delivery date of the book is never when they say it should be and I have to call every semester. Even though the books are cheaper I think I'll rent elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my book a week before classes started and still don't have it, going into the second weeknow of class."
