"After ordering a book from you and paying an extra $5 for a rush handling I might end up getting my book two weeks into the semester ( I still haven't received it and you want a review). Eleven days to deliver is just simply unacceptable, and you had no estimated delivery time on the ordering page that I could see. I am not sure what the $5 paid for but it obviously wasn't to ensure that I use your service again. Get your logistics and marketing crews off their butts and fix this. Blaming UPS for this is simply be a cop out. Offer more options for delivery and be up-front with it on your site. "

Then, I went online to return the book (before it even finally arrived) as I was forced to order it elsewhere to receive it on time and got stuck with a RESTOCKING FEE! No other book rental company does this, and I didn't even use the book! Terrible policies, I will NEVER order from them again. Cost me so much money, including having to rush deliver the book from a second company. "
