"School starts Monday books shipped days after published ship date and email confirmation. System stated ship date of 12/31/16 actual ship date 1/3/17. Only received 2 of the 3 books in time for classes. Contacted customer service and got the run around with CSR who wasn't to concerned about my order or assisting with trouble shooting my issue of tracking what appeared to be a lost shipment on the 3rd book.
