"Most reasonable priced book rental I found. Ordering was a breeze. Shipping was quick and free and I like anything that's free! I rented 2 used books and was convinced they were both brand new. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend. "

Awful customer service

"I had ordered a book and before the due date I was in a very bad car accident so I was not able to go home for over a month. My book was 14 days late and I shipped it and they told me that because the book was not back I could sell it back but I already paid for the shipping return and it was on its way back. I have broken bones and a major concussion I could not move until two days before I shipped it. "

What??

"Ordered my book. Got an email a few days later saying they couldn't process my payment because of something wrong with my debit card (after charging my account). Thankfully I got reimbursed, but I think it's more of a problem of inventory and being out of stock and inventing an excuse. Never had it happen with any other websites."
