"I have not received all of my books. It's frustrating receiving books in so many different shipments. One of my books has been accepted at a facility in Cincinnati on August 5, and has never left. "

In an effort to ship you your items as fast as possible we ship each item as it becomes available.In your specific case, your four books were shipped in three different packages. Tracking shows that all but one of your books has been delivered. The remaining item, The Recording Engineer's Handbook, is in transit with USPS via tracking 92419901296026581160044319 . USPS has updated their tracking on 8/11 and indicated they are working to update your time of arrival as the carrier has been delayed. This is not something we can control as once the item ships, the transit time is out of our hands.

"I ordered a new book to rent and the book arrived completely bent. I decided it was too annoying to keep (Yes I realize this is minimal but my specific preference is why I only buy or rent new books). After speaking with customer service it appears I will not be charged with the restocking or return shipping fees. If I truly receive a a full refund I would recommend the company to others and this order just did not work out for me. I would suggest the company updates the shipping method for paperback books so their products do not get ruined. "
