"book did not make on time. I had to drop out off class since its an online class where 4.5 quarter unit is compacted into one month. I calculated my order in a time frane. there was no update till i contacted ups. find out they used alternative shipment and it would go through postal service. I liked tge price but i have to drop out of class. "

"This is the second book I've rented and both were like brand new. They come in a funny shaped box so you need to get your own envelope or box to return them. Love the short terms as my classes are 5 weeks long. Books come fairly quick."

"Textbook was shipped to wrong address, contacted Netbooks and was told there was nothing they could do about it, would have to contact USPS to have the textbook re-routed or sent back to sender. No HELP what-so-ever. When I contacted USPS after a 34 minutes on hold, waiting... the textbook shipping was suppose to be sent back to sender, contacted Knetbooks and informed them, they stated if they didn't receive the textbook back, they would charge my credit card for the textbook, and if and when they did receive the textbook, depending on when it was received and processed, that I would still be charged rental for a textbook that was sent to the wrong address and then sent back to the sender. I believe that Knetbooks has forgotten what CUSTOMER service is all about! They will NEVER have my business again, I will rent my textbooks from another company, there are to many out there, to have to deal with BAD customer service."

"The tracking number that was emailed to me said it was for UPS but, the tracking didn't work. I called and the package was actually shipped via USPS. I am not sure what happened to the book, but the tracking has not been updated since 5/2/17 and it is now 5/8/17. "

"When their website malfunctioned, my credit card was charged twice. When I told them right away that this happened, I was told it was too late and I would just have to return the second book for a refund. Only to find out when you do the instructions you are given, that there is a restocking fee and you have to pay for the postage to return the book. When I complained again that this was their website malfunction, I was given the patent apology email again with the same instructions. Still waiting for any refund. Useless customer service. Will never use this company again. I would recommend you do the same, unless you want duplicate text books at expensive pricing. "
