"After wondering where my book was, I inquired and I was told the books are processed to ship within 3-5 business days; not shipped mind you, but processed to ship. What does that even mean?! Then I was told that shipping can take 4-8 business days. All told, you might wait almost three weeks for your book. Ridiculous. If you pay the minimum $5 upgrade, you can cut the shipping to 1-5 business days. My book's "processing time" was 6 business days; didn't even follow the 3-5 business day policy.
Next time I'll spend more money elsewhere and it will be worth it. "

"I rented a book, that wasn't a book. What arrived was a literally stack of papers, with a three hole punches held together by two large silver circle clips. Only 2 when there were 3 holes. I did complain and they gave me the option to return (which I couldn't because I needed it) or a $10 credit, which I took. But reflecting back it was a ridiculous $50+ purchase even with the $10 credit. I think they tried to make good, but that "book" should never have been offered in the first place to rent. It was a real stretch."
