"I rented a few books from Knetbooks and when the books were a couple days late (literally, and at no fault of my own) they charged me over $476 for books that didn't cost me but $77 to rent! One representative told me I'd get more than 50% back after proof of shipping them out then the next day another representative said that there was no record of me speaking with anyone and that I wouldn't get but 50% of the $476 back. Luckily I printed off the conversation proving that I talked to Anthony. The transaction is being disputed. "

"I ordered the expedited shipping (1-4) days. Not only were my books shipped until the following Tuesday (5days) later. They didn't arrive until the 24th ten days after I put in the order! Very disappointing considering the expedited shipping charges I paid for. Will not use your services again and neither will my students."
