"Kent books doesn't even deserve 1 star but that is the only way I can leave a review. I ordered my text book and now 3 weeks later I get an email the Friday before my semester starts saying it is out of stock and unavailable. I still have not received my refund. Now I will not have the book in time, don't use!!!!"

"Ordered my book on 4-25-17. Checked my order on 4-26-17 and it was never placed. Reordered it and it didn't ship until the evening of 05-02-17. Book arrived evening of 05-05-17. Sent message to customer service and was told it could be returned for a 10% restocking fee plus shipping fees. Books may be inexpensive but customer service was of poor quality. Would never use this company in future. "
