Feedback before getting my ordered book?

"I understand there are many orders to process. But I'm very disspointed that it takes almost 2 weeks to get my ordered textbook. If it takes that long of a time, would appreciate if I could AT LEAST get an update throughout the process (e.g. whether or not there is a stock, estimated dates for shipping and delivery). It's also weird to even give this feedback when I didn't even get my order. "

"I had to wait about 2 weeks for my books to even arrive. when they did they were in poor condition. I was disappointed, luckily I'm only renting them."

customer service!

"The due date of the fall semester book was out of sync with when my daughter's semester was ending (only done 2 days prior to Christmas). Trying to debate if REALLY needed the book during finals week and determine if the due date was the send date versus the date the book would be received by Knetbooks . The person who responded to my question nicely extended the due date a few days, which was appreciated. For spring semester, I didn't look elsewhere for the rentals needed."

Cancelled Order

"Placed an order for two books that I needed. The first one came through promptly, but apparently the second one was never in their possession and it took them a solid week for them to "delay" and then eventually cancel the order. Given the time-sensitive nature of textbooks, I would much prefer if they didn't list books as rentable unless they actually were in stock to rent -- a novel concept, I'm sure. I was forced to scramble and order the book from elsewhere, now with the added on burden of paying for more expensive shipping because I can't wait any longer to have the book in my possession, lest I fall behind in my class. And of course, as a cherry on top, the refund for the book they cancelled is taking its sweet time being returned to my credit card. "

Very long wait time

"This was my first time using knetbooks. I ordered my book, and 6 days went by and they hadn't even shipped my book yet. When I sent them a message they told me it would take 3-5 more days for my book to be shipped. Then there would be the normal shipping time on top of that. I needed my book for school, and classes were starting so I cancelled the order and ordered the book from Amazon and received it two days later. Knetbooks might be a good choice if you don't care how long it takes for your book to arrive!"

Lies and delays affecting my class grades

"When I ordered the book I was told it was in stock, but days later when the book was expected to show up I got an email saying it was out of stock. Still no answer on when it will be in stock or I can expect the book to arrive."
