"Ordered my books, paid for them, was given confirmation. Next day my order was cancelled when I called they said it was a problem with my bank and that there was nothing they could do. I called my bank and they obviously already took my money so they had no idea what the issue was. I called back, placed the order again. (This time rushed) (stupid mistake) same thing happened. I Was out $80 with $5 left in my account to order my school books. I called again to see if there was anything they could do as classes were starting and she was very rude to me and said "no, this is your banks issue.. not ours". I said "okay, I guess I will have to figure this out" and her response to me before I hung up was " oh ma'am, was this book for a college course"? The title of one of the books was "my college expirence" mind you, I said Yes!! And she said okay and hung up!! I was now behind in my class due to this issue, I will never use this site again!"
