"In a nutshell, I rented a book. 4 days after I ordered it I got an email saying it was getting mailed. An additional 3 days later, I got an email saying it was delayed. Called and spoke to a woman who said they did not even have the book. All in all, I have missed an assignment and didnt even get an apology!"

"I like that Knetbooks had the book I neede to rent, BUT I paid extra for 1-5 day shipping. To me, that means I should have the book in 1-5 days, right? Apparently that is after the 24-48 hour "processing time." I called about not receiving the book in the 1-5 days & the lady I spoke to didn't have the best customer service. Yes, I did get my $5 shipping fee refunded (hopefully), she said "If you would stop talking & listen to me explain it to you," as she kept saying the same thing over & over... that the 1-5 days shipping is after it is processed. Maybe that should be made clear at the time of ordering. "

Choosing your vendor I thought I would be VERY satisfied with my order, until I got my order in the mail. I order a total of 3 books and I ONLY received 2. So I emailed and called customer service stating my problem that one book was NOT received. They told me that it would take 3 days and I should be receiving a confirmation email with an order number for the one book that was missing. 3 days have passed by I still didn't receive no email. So I decided to give another call to your customer service. One of your representatives told me it would take ANOTHER 3 DAYS to get the process going. It has been already 2 weeks and no progress whatsoever. I PAID for 2 DAY SHIPPING so my order should of been here by now. I'm running behind on my schoolwork just based on ONE BOOK THAT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME!!!! Hopefully, I hear for someone soon. I wanted to speak to a Manager on 2 occasions and never heard a word from them. I feel like this vendor is not taking their job seriously and you lost one of your loyal customers. GOODBYE!"
