Double check your order!

"I ordered three books for my Spring semester. Two came in a timely manner. However, i didn't receive my third book or receive any kind of notice as to why it was delayed. I contacted customer service and the lady who I spoke to was not able to asssit me as well. She did not have a date of when my book would be shipped. She didn't know if it would be weeks or even months. Of course, since class had already started by this time, I cancelled the order for the third book (which she did not even offered to do. She insisted I just wait for the book). I will not be ordering from knetbooks again as they failed to give me any kind of heads up for my book being delayed and failed to provide me customer service. "

This is a book?

"I was very disappointed by what I received. This "book" wasn't even a book. It was literally sheets of paper with holes punched for a three ring binder, some of which had been torn out, held together by only 2 separate rings and no binder. I've rented books from Knetbooks before and never had this issue. It's pretty ridiculous."

What a Great Save for Book Costs!

"I was searching everywhere on the internet for a decent rental price for an introductory nursing policy book for nursing school, and I am SO glad I found Knetbooks.com! All the other sites listed prices around $50+ dollars, while knetbooks had listed the book for $26.11. It sounded too good to be true. I had never heard of Kentbooks.com before so I checked if it was a legit and popular website for textbook purchases. Turns out that it is ranked even higher than Amazon for textbook buys and rentals! Maneuvering the website was simple, and the no additional costs for shipping was a major plus. It arrived within the same week I placed the order. The used book is in perfect condition too, I am very pleased with this rental book. Thank you Knetbooks!! You helped me save around $20 on my book. "

Relatively Fast Service

"The delivery was relatively fast and well packaged. The book was in good condition other than one page being nearly torn out.
