"Could never reach the supervisor even when I attempted to call right back after I missed her call. I never received my books and have been unable to reach anyone regarding getting a refund. My books will currently be sitting in a mail room for eternity because the staff at this company could not extend a common courtesy of redirecting the shipment which is something every sender is able to do it just takes a little extra time to call the mail carrier. An action this company clearly was not willing to do for a loyal customer who rents all their textbooks from. I know it is possible for the sender to redirect the package because I personally called UPS to do it myself and spoke with a supervisor effortlessly and they said all the sender had to do was call and make the request. I was even willing to pay extra for shipping if there was an additional cost to redirect the package. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. You do not put the customer first what so ever. "
