Flung 20 feet down our drive to sit in the rain...

"We built our house out in the country a short while ago and have found UPS to be garbage with delivering packages. When I received a confirmation email that my books had been delivered "to our front door" by UPS I was excited to step outside to my front porch to see nothing.
After visiting 3 neighbors to see if they received my books in error I happened to notice a box laying out in our field next to our driveway while it rained. After recovering the box and returning home I found the books to be dry and safe because Knetbooks actually added packaging which protected the books.
Good on Knetbooks and bad on our UPS driver.

Got the rentals finally.....

"The books were ok, I was disappointed and will be contacting you today about one of the books dates changed. I know they were all to be back in late May or early June and one has early March date on it? Why would we have rented it with that kind of date? Doesn't make sense."

Just not alright

"It took 7 days to receive my books which put me behind in my classes and my medical terminology book has a whole page ripped out! It was a VERY important page with all the suffixes! I hope that when I return it they don't blame me"

Great service

"I just started back to college after getting out of the Navy and I found Knetbooks by searching Google, the email with tracking information was a little confusing as it said "to track via USPS" but if you clicked the "track my package" link in the email it took you to the UPS tracking website. However the package did arrive earlier than was promised and I had the book for my first night of class."

Rental Feedback

"The book was delivered around the time I started to wonder when it would arrive. I would appreciate if it was sent in a package that I could reuse to return the rental later. The book was strangely packaged, which made it hard for me to open without ruining the packaging."

Three to five days, after they find it... Not from when you order

"I ordered a book for class 11 days ago under the impression that it would arrive 3-5 days from date I ordered it. Unfortunately it took Knetbooks eight days for them to find the book to ship it out. Right now I am in the mid- second week of the semester and still don't have my book. I'm. It very happy right now."
