"I paid extra for 2-day shipping with the belief that this meant I would have my books in 2 days.
This was not true. There is a lot of fine print on this "2-day shipping", and I didn't receive my books until well after my classes started. This was really frustrating, and I wish that this caveat had been made clearer prior to my purchase.
Also, even though I'm just a law student ordering law books, I know enough about contracts to know that if you're going to have fine print that holds terms one would not anticipate, those terms are not binding. You need better notice if that's how you're going to run your 2-day shipping. I'm really disappointed with how this was handled. And I only received my books after I called to complain. Another friends still hasn't received their books, has not received any communications from knet, and also paid for 2-day shipping. That's absurd.
Anyway you still get 2 stars because the customer service was really kind, the books are in great condition, and the price is the best I've found.
But seriously! Just be honest about when I'll receive my books so I can make an appropriate contingency plan!"

"I was not satisfied with the time it took for my book to be delivered. I ordered my book on 12/29/16 and did not receive it until 1/10/17. I should have received the textbook within 5 business days. Also, I was disappointed that if I wanted a more reasonable shipping option, I had to pay for it. Other sites offer better shipping options. I would have ordered elsewhere but you were the only site I could find that offered the book for rental. I should have just bought the book and I wouldn't have had to deal with this issue. "
