Very Slow Service

"Ordered a book and have not even received a shipping invoice that my item has even shipped yet. Very inconvenient for the fact I am a student on the quarter system renting and will not be receiving my book until at least two weeks after I started renting the book. If I don't receive an email within the next couple days I will be canceling my order and demanding a refund. "
