"Horrible Internet sales page. Sent to the wrong address. I changed my address before ordering textbook. Then after ordering book sent to old address in different state. Tried to cancelled order and reorder, couldn't cancel without talking to customer which was closed and when customer opened the book had already shipped, and couldn't change order. So now have to pay full price for textbook when rental period ends, because it shipped 1,000 miles away. Customer service said basically sorry. Will never use knetbooks again and will share story on facebook!"

"I rented two books from Knetbooks on Jan. 5th and still have not received either book and this is Jan. 16th. Last week after not receiving shipping information I got on the customer chat and was told that the books were not in stock but should be in stock in the next 1-3 business days. Today is 5 business days later and one of my books has shipped (at a supposedly better shipping rate due to the delay but I will not received the book until Wednesday-- 12 days after I ordered it). The other book is still showing the order is processing and I am having to look into this today. I am disappointed not only because I need my books and do not have them but because this company has not even contacted me once about all the delays. All the information I have obtained has been through my own efforts. I will not be renting from this site again."

"I ordered my text book a week before class started and I still have not received my book. Also, when I click the 'Track Package' link it takes me to the USPS page where the tracking number is invalid. I've emailed the company and have heard nothing. I'm a bit frustrated since I paid extra for my shipment to be delivered rather quickly rather than standard. I hope I get my book soon! The second you know what books you need, purchase then as soon as possible, you never know how long it will take you to receive your books. Either take that chance with this company or try another."
