"Until this June this company had been great: HAD been great. Ordered toner on 6/7/24, no shipping notice by 6/12 or 13 so I called them. CS agent advised they were out of stock and wouldn't receive any for 4-6 weeks so I told him to cancel the order which he said he did. 6/22 i get an email with shipping information (note I needed the toner so I could print handouts my class the week prior and had to purchase toner elsewhere), and received the package by USPS (no longer FedEx or UPS) on 6/27.
I again called CS on the 27th or 28th and they apologized and said they would send a shipping label in a couple days. It is now 7/3/24 and I just got off the phone with another CS agent who promised she would get the label out to me. This one actually spoke decent English. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on hold for about 10-12 minutes and she told me she couldn't find one available. I ended the call.
I would like my money back for the cancelled order, but doubt I am ever going to see it, nor the shipping label.
Don't know what happened to this company but suspect they moved most of their operations out of the U.S. and it shows. Regardless of the outcome with LD, I will Never recommend them Nor will I ever knowingly do business with them again. I would give them a negative 1 (-1) if it were available."
"They list products as in stock when they are actually on back order. I ordered a black toner cartridge 9 days ago, I actually forgot the order until looking through my email and noticed that it has been over a week with no tracking update. Called them and was told on back order despite my looking at the site while on the phone and the site states in stock. This company in my opinion nothing but a bunch of scam artists and what makes it worse is that they show no remorse for conning, lying and deceiving customers. If you find yourself in this situation dont call them to cancel the order, contact your CC company to submit a dispute which will cost them a fee. "

"Ordered on December 1, 2023 set of 9 HP920xl inkjet cartridges. Despite three reminders, telephone calls, leaving message for call back, kept getting same canned email response apologizing for delay and promising shipment soon. After a month, still no tracking number, no shipment, no update. Have filed complaint with BBB and also asked PayPal to step in to have refund issued. Avoid doing business with this company."

As a customer for over a decade, I'm stunned as to how my current order was handled. Incorrect time frame as far as shipping and a Customer Service Department (if you call it that) unwilling to address my specific concerns and requests.
Of course, I was offered a discount on a future order. As an ex-customer, I won't be taking advantage of LD Product's generosity."
"I purchased a set of HP ink cartridges and they are not recognized by the printer. LD will not take the black cartridges back and will not pay for return shipping on the others. Their web site says they have a satisfaction guarantee, but nothing could be further from the truth. RUN FROM THIS FRAUD and buy on Amazon. Way cheaper and returns are welcome. Lesson learned!"
" Ordered XL color and black 9 piece set end of 2021. Recently needed to replace my black ink. Home HP printer, minimal usage. Opened the cartridge and black in dripped out all over me, my desk and papers. Same thing happened again with the other two. I took picture, they replaced order. Upon receipt, I realized that I had mixed up the numbers of 920 vs. 902 and so I sent the replacement cartridges back PLUS the ones from the original order, less the three leaking ones. I next day shipped back as they couldn't offer me a credit until the items were returned (fair enough) It took over a week and a half for shipping to acknowledge receipt although product was received the next day (documented). Today, they called me to say that instead of refunding me the $44.29 from the original purchase, the somehow calculated $8 credit although I had returned ALL of the products less the defective ones plus the shipping. Looks like I'm out my time and money. Beware!"

"Although I originally gave the company one star because of poor communications about product availability (original review below), they have been very responsive and responsible in trying to address the concern. I also have never had a problem with them before the COVID-19 impact (best prices I can find and very reliable products and delivery).
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I placed an order on April 8 for toner with free 1-4 business day delivery. I received this survey on April 15, but I have not received the toner. I checked the LD website to see what happened, and the order status shows that the product is back ordered -- information that LD never shared when I placed the order or since. I am now a week into using my backup printer, and still no toner."
"I actually thought these would come in a single box. Nope. They came loose, in a plastic mailer bag. Bad idea. Salvaged the rest, through everything else out. Should have been mailed as pictured. IN A BOX. And then, shipped INSIDE a cardboard box. Live and learn!"
"I ordered an ink cartridge for my printer and a supply of disposable gloves. Neither has arrived and no information about what's happening. Needless to say, I need both in a hurry.
UPDATE: Products finally arrived. The printer ink is OK, but the directions on removing the protective film were not. I think I removed the covering from the place where the ink is dispensed on one of the cartridges before I realized I should not. It was hard to get off, which should have been a clue. Now, the documents I print are not the right colors. I guess that's my fault but clear directions would have helped. i.e. remove this, not that."
