"I've used Lens.com before with no issues, but this time was a total failure. I entered in my prescription incorrectly, but when they verified, they said it was fine and shipped me the contacts. When I called them up to let them know, they told me that I had to pay shipping to get my no contacts and I would get a smaller rebate ($10 less rebate and $7 to ship). I asked to speak with a manager. After holding for several minutes I was told that my doctor gave them the incorrect prescription, so it wasn't their fault. I spoke to a different Customer service agent the evening before and he said he has the prescription and it was clearly THEIR fault. I decided (after 37 minutes on the phone) that I was finished and that I would return the contacts. This didn't have to be so difficult, but they wouldn't allow me to speak to a manager and the customer service agent couldn't help me at all..."

"I was under the impression that the rebate was an instant rebate because it was not clearly specified. It was not until I saw the charge on my statement that I realized I was charged $120 more than I had expected. I have not received any reminders from lens.com that tell me I'm eligible for a mail-in rebate. Two weeks after I placed the order I am still not able to complete the rebate paperwork because your rebate center says I need to wait 14 days after shipment date. I wonder how many people forget to fill out the rebate form or give up before they complete the process. Also, 10 weeks to wait for reimbursement is too long. I will probably order elsewhere next time."

"My daughter's Rx is on file and I placed an order in July for contacts. I was notified that the lenses were out of stock and would ship approximately 2 weeks later. In the interim, the card I used to place the order was compromised and was notified I had to call with a new card for payment. So the woman I spoke with told me she had to cancel the original order and place the order again. The next day I was notified that the order was canceled because the Rx expired...however, when the original order was placed the Rx was still valid. It just seems that there was a lot of runaround for the fact that they didn't have stock of the lenses to begin with. I still have yet to receive lenses...so I don't want to comment any further. This is the first time I've really had an issue with Lens.com and it could be due to the extenuating circumstances."

"Waited over 3 months no 100.00 rebate I have been waiting for my $100.00 rebate since 5/26/2021. The rebate was promised to arrive 7/30/2021 and never arrived. You also charged me for the free shipping and credited my account.. When am I going to receive my rebate. Your company is awful. Can you just put the credit on my discover card for all of these inconveniences or send the rebate via fed express so I actually received what you promised me?
