"My rebate was approved morethan 12 weeks now but never received any rebate payment.
Called them and also use live chat but they can not give me any information on what happened to my rebate. So disappointed!

"I have been purchasing contacts from Lens.com for 10 years. Now they have thrown in a new "processing fee" which is almost as much as the contact lenses themselves. So before, when they said they had the best prices they really did. Now, comparing their prices with the processing fee added, they're about the same as almost all of the other online contact lens resellers. I called their customer service department and the woman told me the fee was for handling and other services they perform! Since the lenses are already boxed all they have to do is pull them from the shelf, stick them in a box and mail them. My contact lenses are $116.94 and the processing fee is $99.00. Nice going Lens.com - you found a new way to rip off the customer."
"Watch out? These scammers lure you in with a good price only to turn around and screw you with a processing fee that is not shown to you. When calling to inquire, I get the run around then hung up on.. Here's where it get better.. THEY SENT THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION..
seriously, it's cheaper to get the lenses through your optometrist. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.. even if you call 1800contacts they will price match the lenses without hidden fees..

"I was a first time customer searching web for contacts. Super good price grabbed my attention.
So I ordered, of course in a hurry, and hit the final button on purchase. When I went back later, I realized there was a PROCESSING FEE OF $12.59 on two boxes of contacs. Ridiculous!!
I'm warning others who think this company offers good prices to double check the final line on bill.
I did rate 2 stars because the product came quickly. BUT I WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN "
