"I have always been pleased with the customer service at Lens.com, where they assisted some time ago with what then appeared to be a manufacturer's defect. However, I am not at all pleased with the pricing. Recently I paid 80.99 for a single box of lenses, 62.99 for the lenses and 18.00 for shipping and handling. I can go elsewhere and pay less than 40.00 for lenses and much less for shipping and handling. Bottom line: great customer service but very high pricing."
