"Contacts finally arrived. I am pleased with the actual product the rest of it is for the birds. I live in Ohio. They went from MO to KY to GA and back to OH. Makes not sense. Also, I do not understand the rebate process. Why do I have to wait 14 days to claim my rebate? Is it a strategy to see how many people will forget about it so they don't have to pay it out? Why not make it an instant thing? It would be so much better if you did not have to wait and jump through so many hoops. Ugh. "

I did order with a plan of a rebate but when they arrived there were no instructions on how to claim your rebate. I called the 1 800 number and was given instructions which are a little cumbersome. Need to request by mail 14 days after receiving them. I am curious to see how long it takes to get the rebate. They don’t make it easy. "

But the shipping methodology was not optimal. I never could pin down the date of arrival. I was leaving for Africa and needed the lens immediately.
I panicked and customer support could not give any more information because of the way the shipping is done. So use lens.com if you don't care about arrival time.
